Flow Fundamentals: An introduction to transitioning from one pose to another on the mat. Conquer "destination addition" through conscious focus on breathing, counting breath and mindful movements connected to breathing. All Levels


Yoga Fundamentals  1 & 2 Instructional Class: Focuses on fundamental alignment points, basic poses & sun salutations. This class generally offers a slower practice with an emphasis on 2-3 poses each week including use of props & time to ask questions. Appropriate for yoga beginners, those who are new to working with a teacher, & intermediate students who would like to spend more time on individual poses. All Levels

Yoga Foundation: Teaches the principles of alignment, form, flexibility, strength & stability; developing mindfulness; & yogic breathing. Yoga is a skill which teaches healthy biomechanics of movement that will improve & maintain good health for years to come. The process of learning the poses stabilizes & brings flexibility to the spine & joints of the body. The method of breathing builds respiratory efficiency & creates balance in the nervous & endocrine systems. All Levels


Yoga for Teens: Yoga for Teens is designed to introduce teen students to the foundational principles of Yoga both on and off the mat.  Through breathing, alignment, movement and form students will gain an understanding of how to decrease stress, increase awareness and create strength.  For students 13-18

Mindful Flow: This class takes the principles from Yoga Foundation and builds from there. You will continue to gain lower body strength and stability while working more into shoulder stability and extension of the spine. This class focuses on the ability to move toward challenging poses such as backbends and arm balances using the process of staging. The benefits to the body, breath, and mind include stability, fluidity, and focus. All Levels

Vira Rasa Flow: This class builds on the skills learned in all other classes, using more challenging poses to take learning to a more advanced level. Use lower body strength & stability to develop thoracic extension, deepen focus & self-awareness. This enables the student to utilize the structure of precision, focus & technique to become effortless, fluid & free! This class introduces intermediate yoga poses & sequences to blend movement & breath which further develops the capacity of focus & concentration. Participants can expect greater muscle definition, core strength & intelligence, increased respiratory efficiency ultimately leading toward greater awareness & empowerment. Experienced Beginner

Jai Yoga: The intention of this Yoga Foundation class is to prepare for the week ahead through awareness of the breath and the present moment. Allow this practice to be your cure for the Sunday evening blues and set the intention for a victorious experience during your week. All Levels

Yoga Stability: This class offers similar format & benefits to those gained in Yoga Foundation class, with additional emphasis on core strengthening, stability, & balance. Balance & stability are both a physical & a mental practice, & this class addresses both mind & body to bring the student a greater sense of inner stillness & power. All Levels

Shanti Rasa Flow: A conscious cultivation of inner balance, equilibrium, wisdom, & serenity that is the fruit of living yoga. Shanti means "peace," & this practice is meditation in motion, focusing primarily on following the breath. Students are guided through the practice with reminders of alignment & form but with emphasis on staying present & aware of the breath. The structure & approach of this class allow the nervous system to unwind. This type of practice cultivates the ability to create an oasis amidst a busy life. All Levels

Pre-Natal: Gracie brings in her experience of practicing yoga through her pregnancy & places special emphasis on body awareness & trusting your intuition, breathing most efficiently for you & your baby on & off the mat, & strengthening the muscles of the core & hips. Enjoy a slow & controlled practice, incorporating poses & relaxation practices most beneficial to you & your baby during the pregnancy. All Levels

Meditation: An introduction to the practice of meditation that focuses on building greater concentration & improving the ability to handle stress. Learn a variety of techniques & practices in a way that brings more mindfulness into daily life. The ability to meditate is what gives high achievers in all fields that mental "edge." Develop a strong, relaxed mind & watch how the benefits continue to grow over time. All Levels

Yoga Nidra: Enjoy Complete Relaxation & Restore Balance of Body & Mind! Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. What we normally term "relaxing" is actually a diversion from our stresses, not an antidote to them. Even when falling asleep, we pass too quickly through the alpha brain wave state to adequately let go of the tensions of the day. The practice of Yoga Nidra creates a state of complete relaxation and receptivity. It provides a means of transforming and positively utilizing tension as a stepping stone to greater awareness, efficiency, and achievement in life. What to bring: any supports you like to use for Savasana (including eye pillow, blanket, neck support, etc.). All Levels

Yoga Rhythms: Dr. Paul Hatton will blend his healing expertise gained from Yoga Teacher Training, Chiropractic & extensive background as a musician to enable the student to practice & learn drumming. The healing benefits of drumming are numerous & with Dr. Hatton's fun & whimsical approach students will feel empowered while learning a fun new skill! All Levels

Tai Chi: Yang style tai chi is the slowly executed version of tai chi, characterized by its large fluid movements. Students will learn 8 movement yang style form as well as 24 movement yang style form. The class will be focused on achieving harmony of the principles of Yin (feminine energy) & Yang (masculine energy) in our minds, bodies & spirits. We want to experience this harmony so we can truly understand it and use it in all aspects of our lives. All Levels


Zumba: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!
