Yoga therapy

Rasa Yoga Cikitsa (Therapy) Program is based on an understanding that each individual human being is intrinsically brilliant and beautiful.  We see that Yoga and Ayurveda are truly meant to be utilized together and that when approached as a synthesis that all Yoga is Therapy.  Our belief is that Yoga Therapy is a collaborative process that must be based on a solid foundation of ahimsa (compassion) and the ability of the therapist to see through the eyes of the client/student.
