• Completing the Rasa Yoga Cikitsa Program Application
• Paying applicable tuition and fees
• Scheduling an admissions interview and induction session with the Program Director.
• Begin attending courses and training as guided by Program Director and assigned mentor.
Students applying to the Rasa Yoga Cikitsa Program from outside Rasa Yoga School of Yoga and Ayurveda and meeting the above pre-requisite requirements may enroll by:

RASA YOGA CIKITSA - KRAMA 1 - students receive education in Ayurvedic philosophy, Eastern anatomy and perspectives on health and disease, relationship of Eastern and western anatomy, in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic therapeutic modalities, in-depth knowledge and experience of therapeutic relationship with clients/students with emphasis on demonstrated ability to apply ethical principles in therapeutic relationship. A student may begin the Rasa Yoga Cikitsa Krama 2 module once he/she has completed 6 months or more training in Rasa Yoga Cikitsa Krama 1.
RASA YOGA CIKITSA - KRAMA 2 - student receive education in yoga philosophy, yoga psychology, biomedical knowledge, foundations of western psychology, in-depth knowledge of yoga therapy modalities, teaching methodology and principles of releationship and education of clients/students, knowledge and skills for professional practice as a yoga therapist.
PRACTICUM - KRAMA 3 - A student may begin practicum preparation while completing Krama 1 and Krama 2, but must be complete with both modules, pass assessment and receive faculty approval to begin the Practicum Krama 3.
In Sanskrit, Cikitsa means "Therapy", therefore, our Yoga Therapy Training Program is named the
Rasa Yoga Cikitsa Program.
