Hi, I'm Padma

In this journey of transformative teachings, my purpose is clear – to guide you not just through the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, but to help you craft a life beyond the ordinary, a life that thrives and resonates with the absolute highest quality.

Being Yoga was born from a simple yet profound recognition. Witnessing the hunger for integration, I saw the need for a space where the powerful wisdom teachings received in weekend workshops could find a home in the daily lives of students. It became a sanctuary for the in-between, a bridge that allowed the transformative insights to permeate every aspect of existence.

Being Ayurveda stems from a deep understanding that true well-being isn't a fleeting concept but a rooted, enduring foundation. Ayurveda, with its timeless principles, serves as a guide to nurture holistic health and create a life that is not just lived but thrives.

My commitment extends beyond the individual journey; it reaches into the power of community. I believe that through functional relationships, we not only strengthen and empower ourselves but contribute to the well-being of humanity as a whole.

But it wasn't always this way...

My journey into the realm of Ayurveda Yoga has been marked by courageous triumphs over personal shadows. I've navigated the depths of depression, untangled the threads of co-dependent relationships, and persevered through physical tribulations. Each challenge became a canvas for healing through the transformative tools of Ayurveda Yoga.

Facing the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic as a business owner was another chapter in my story. Yet, with courage and compassion, I turned adversity into opportunities for growth. My journey is not just a tale of resilience; it's a lived testament to the transformative power of Yoga and Ayurveda.

I've learned firsthand how one can rise above challenges, emerge stronger, and lead with wisdom and compassion. Through my experiences, I embody the essence of the teachings I share and empower others to transcend their obstacles and thrive on their journey towards wellness and joy.

Being Yoga is an ongoing workshop consisting of

  • Being Yoga Psychology Lecture classes
    Monday Evenings at 7:15 PM, typically Monday Night Being Yoga meets the 1st 3 Mondays of the month.
  • Being Yoga Master Sadhana 
    Saturday mornings 6-8:30 AM, typically 2 Saturdays per month (schedule varies depending on other trainings scheduled)
