Being Yoga
Being Yoga is an ongoing workshop guided by Padma Shakti teaching on yoga principles that apply and have great impact on daily life. A physical practice on the mat called Master Sadhana is included in the Being Yoga course and gives a more meaningful purpose to asana (yoga postures).

Monday Evenings at 7:15 PM, typically Monday Night Being Yoga meets the 1st 3 Mondays of the month. - Being Yoga Master Sadhana
Saturday mornings 6-8:30 AM, typically 2 Saturdays per month (schedule varies depending on other trainings scheduled)
