Who should take this intensive?

Those enrolled in a Rasa Yoga Master’s Path program, and students interested in being immersed in Yoga studies.

Rasa Yoga School of Yoga and Ayurveda offers the most comprehensive programs available today. Rasa Yoga offers not only in-depth Yoga teacher training, but also an opportunity to gain experience… no experience is necessary to begin training to become a successful Yoga teacher.

Rasa Vidya is Spiritual Alchemy ~ The ability to transform every experience into fuel for self-evolution.

During this time together, Padma Shakti, Founder of Rasa Yoga will lead you in intense practices to cultivate the vital essences of Prana, Tejas, and Ojas.

To attend the intensive, you must be enrolled in Virarupa II, Acharyarupa or Guruparampara programs or have attended Smarana. Others are invited to attend but must speak with Padma for pre-approval.
